You can do the following for a static LOV:
- Create a new record group
- Choose the Static Values radio button
- Press OK
- In the Column Names box, assign a column name
- In the Column Values box, assign the static values.
- Repeat 4 and 5 for multiple columns and sets of values
- Click OK
- Create a new LOV
- Choose the Existing Record Group radio button
- Click the Select button
- Choose the RG you just created
- Click OK
- Specify the column(s) mapping.
- Associate the LOV with an item.
