Always use the SQLNet Easy Configuration program (for win95). Don't
modify the tnsnames.ora yourself (except perhaps to change
the port numbers) -- SQLNet doesn't like it. Then test
using TNS ping etc...
The product you are connecting with may also need both WIN and
WIN95 drivers (if it's 16-bit).
