      There is a very good example :

      It is the administration server homepage that you first access after setup and the registration of your WebServer.

      Indeed, whenever you create your first listener or create OWA_DBA service or create OWA_DEFAULT_SERVICE service, some executables are called. Moreover, whenever you grant the privileges to allow the access of htp, htf ..., some SQL*Plus scripts are called. You can see this script under $ORACLE_HOME/ows/admin.
