I have Designer/2000 and Developer/2000 R1.3 (32 bit releases) and PO7 
for Win 95 up and running on my P90. No install problems other than 
having to up shared pool buffers (to the medium size in initorcl.ora) 
for compilation of Des/2k packages. I have a 200MB Orawin95 + about 
120MB of database files. Performance is good. PO7 seems much faster on 
Win 95 than Win 31.
