hi, i have a problem

i have a master and detail block. if i want the master block row highlighted whenever the corresponding detail block rows are shown for that particular master block row then what do i do? i know it's something to do with the
current record attrib. but do i write it in what trigger and also could u please tell me the script in pl/sql for the declarations of the current record attrib and then the set -.. statements.
