SQL*NET v 2.0 (where/how)

I'm trying to connect Delphi to Oracle 7.1 and alsow DBWeb to Oracle. On the CD there is net v1.x but not SQL*Net v.2.*. Where can I get SQL*Net 2.x on the net? I have a CD called Workgroup/2000 and Net v2.* is on the CD. Is that only for Workgroup/2000, or can I use it? Where can I find the SQL*Net for the server? Is it on the CD also?
