If you are using a Sun keyboard and invoking SQL*DBA from a xterm, set ORACLE_TERM=xsun5 (if the keyboard is Type 5, look under the keyboard
ORACLE_TERM=xsun otherwise.
Type Ctrl-k for a listing of keys. Works fine for me.
A better option, of course, is to not use SQL*DBA and use Server Manager :-)
