Looking for migration check-lists

Hi,

I'm working for PTT Telecom Netherlands and we are thinking about migrating applications (Oracle 6/7, Forms 3.0 and RDB ACMS/TDMS) to Designer/2000. We want to migrate/redesign one application first as a pilot.

Now I'm looking for checklists on how to decide which of our applications can be used as a pilot best. Has anybody have experience with migrating to Developer/2000, please let me know how you did it and what kind of problems (and solutions) you encoutered?
