I'm building a database app for the web, and wanted to
take advantage of storing my files inside the dbms.
But nowhere in the docs can I find anything more than
a vague description of what raw type is used for. And
never a description of how it is used. So either I'm
blind, or Oracle is deficient in it's documentation.
Can anybody point me to a reference that discusses
BLOB databases under Oracle?
