Help ! SQL*Loader Error

Hello out There

I get the following error while trying to import a file :-

Sql*Loader 704 - Internal Error

    Bad row out of bounds [111]

I checked the rows in the data file and all seems fine. Any ideas ?

According to the ORACLE manuals this error should be reported to ORACLE Coorp. Nothing yet !
