Forms 4.5 Mnemonics on Buttons: BUG??

Forms 4.5 experts:
When creating a Forms 4.5 form, we tried putting in a '&' in the button label (e.g. &OK) expecting the character after the '&' to show up underlined as a mnemonic or a quick key character.
Instead, it just shows up as '&Ok'. This feature used to work in Forms 4.0
Has anyone encountered this? Any ideas would be appreciated.
