       ORACLE ACQUIRES DIGITAL'S DATABASE INTEGRATOR PRODUCTS   Agreement Follows Rdb Acquisition from Digital in December 1994

Oracle Corp. announced the acquisition of Digital's DB Integrator (DBI) product family from Digital Equipment Corp. The product family includes Digital's DB Integrator, Digital's Data Distributor, and Digital's DB Integrator Gateways. The cash transaction for an undisclosed amount will include the transfer of the products, and associated engineering and support resources to Oracle's New England Development Center in Nashua, N. H., established in December 1994 when Oracle purchased the Rdb product business from Digital.

      ORACLE, RADLEY JOIN FORCES TO DELIVER GLOBAL AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS Oracle Corp. announced that Oracle Corporation and Radley Corporation have entered into an agreement to deliver integrated application software designed specifically for automotive suppliers and manufacturers. By combining Oracle7, the world's leading relational database; Oracle Applications, a comprehensive suite of client/server applications; and Radley's CARaS, an automated release accounting system, the two companies will provide the world-class business solutions automotive companies need to compete in a rapidly changing environment. Oracle has also purchased a minority equity interest in Radley Corporation.

                 LEESON ELECTRIC SELECTS ORACLE APPLICATIONS

Oracle Corp. announced LEESON Electric Corporation, a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial-duty electric motors, is implementing the full suite of Oracle Applications to meet its growth and operational objectives. LEESON's goal to meet five operational objectives will be accomplished by utilizing Oracle Applications. LEESON will optimize its entire order management process from order entry to shipment; improve stock production management; enhance customer response through shared corporate data; eliminate non-value added work by improving business processes; and enable distributors to connect online via the Internet.

      ORACLE PAYROLL MEETS FLEXIBILITY REQUIREMENTS OF GLOBAL BUSINESS Oracle Corp. unveiled its strategy for delivering local versions of Oracle Payroll around the globe. Oracle Payroll is a rules-based client/server application that manages the automated payroll needs of multi-national corporations. The module's flexible, reusable core technology lets companies implement payroll policy and legislative changes as they grow, supporting expansion across international borders.
