Oracle and DEC Alpha

We're in the process of procuring a DEC Alpha 5/300 to scale up our Oracle server (currently running 7.1.4.3.14 on Netware 4.1). Does anyone have any issues/problems to report in migrating to an Alpha? Or for that matter, problems in running on an Alpha?
