If you have analyzed objects in the database before doing an export AND if you don't specify STATISTICS=NONE or COMPUTE while doing an export, then default export behavior is to generate SQL statements that would estimate statistics during an import. This also adds to the time import takes to complete. My preference is to export with STATISTICS=NONE, and then do an analyze as a separate job.
