HELP: which database (oracle, sybase, informix, others) for webserver

I am looking for a database to setup a high-volume accessed webserver which runs on a sparc multi-processor system and solaris 2.5. This database needs to

1. handle multimedia data including image, audio, video and etc. ;
2. allow 500k upto 1 million hits/day and 2 millions and above hits/day at peak time;
3. have user-friendly develop tools for ordinary HTML page publishing designers to produce run-time web scripts;
4. be scalable, very scalable.
