Can anyone help?....
Here's the scenario...
I lock a row in a table using 'select...for update'. Someone else now
attempts to lock the same row. Oracle raises an error indicating that the
resource is busy. How can I tell which user has that particular row
locked??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
