O'Reilly and Associates publishes two great Oracle books:

 "Oracle PL/SQL Programming" and
 "Oracle Performance Tuning".

I've found them both to be excellent.

I don't work for 'em but I do have a catalog here. Give a look at www.ora.com or gopher.ora.com.
