Hi,
  Forms 4.5 supports OLE automation via a built-in package. Using this package it is very easy to pass data to a Word Document. For eg: I created a sample interface in which I fill up the client's name and address from an Oracle Form to already created word document with name and address being form fields ( variables ), which will be populated using OLE automation.
