I need your advice...

...on Oracle databases and visual tools such as Oracle Tools. My company is looking at developing a decision support system using Oracle as a back-end and possibly Oracle Tools for the user interface. I have a couple of questions:

Is Oracle Tools cross-platform (i.e. DOS/Windows, OS/2, and Macintosh)?
If it is cross-platform, are there any connectivity issues related to Macintosh applications (i.e. AppleTalk, Ethernet, Toekn Ring, etc.)?
Are there any other visual tools that interface well with an Oracle back-end AND are cross-platform?

I would appreciate any help that anyone could provide.
