Tonight I downloaded a copy of the 90 days trial version of Oracle PowerObjects for Windows 3.1. I know Oracle doesn't support running it under Windows 95, but I read in various postings in this group, that ppl are running it in Windows 95 with no problems whatsoever. When I start OPO I get an error message box with the title:
SmartHeap Library
and containing the message:
MEM_ALLOC_ZERO When I choose cancel and try to continue I get the following GPF:
PWROBJX caused a General Protection Fault
in module PWROBJX.EXE on 003a:0000246c.

Has anybody else out there had this error, and/or does anybody know a solution? I'm also running DriveSpace3, and installed OPO on a compressed volume, could this be a source of error?
Thanx for your attention,
greetings, Hans
