ODBC driver for windows (EXCEL) to Oracle 7

Hi
We are thinking of replacing GLUE with ODBC in some applications as GLUE is not going to be supported under WIN 95 ! I know that the driver is available in COMPUSERVE. We do not have access to COMPUSERVE so can anybody tell me by what other means I can get the Oracle ODBC driver ?
