From my understanding you can do that using SQL*Module, that is available in Oracle 7.1.6, I don't know about previous versions. I have never used it but I know it introduces a PL/SQL pragma (coming straight from ADA ...) allowing you to define the calling sequence for a procedure/function and the language in which it is written. I have no idea anyway on how it is then implemented.
