Including Icons (for buttons) in .fmb??

Anybody know how to include the .ico files in the forms source files? I want the .fmx to contain the .ico image so that my form doesn't do all that crap with the TK21_ICON path and need to go over the file system to get the icon. There must be a faster way...?
