Re: Forms 4.5 Menu Errors

<<I am new at DEV/2000 development. I am trying to attach a custom menu module to a
form and having problems. I have followed the steps of creating and generating
the menu module and setting all menu/form properties accordingly (I think). When
I run the form I receive two errors:

        FRM-10221: Cannot read file MENUT..

        FRM-41810: Error creating menu.

I have tried various configurations and have been unable to get this to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look in your oracle.ini file at the path set up for Forms 4.5. Sounds like Forms 4.5 could not find the menu file.
