Hello There,
Sorry for my previous mail. In the Forms 4.5 when we create the Menu's
some of the menu items get a default menu name of _MENU or _MENU1 or ...
Unless you change them specifically to some other name the menu
module does not get generated properly. That may be a problem. Just
give some random name to the menu objects that are named like that
and then regenerate and try it once again. Hope this will help.
