Des2000 - PO7

There is no default database created if I am installing Des2000 from the Des2000 CD (PC, Win f. WG, 3.11). Do I have to create it manually? If so, how?

I want to do some development on a standalone PC using Des2000 and PO7. Do I need an additional PO7 CD (the Des2000 Installer says that PO7 is on the CD)?
Are there any hints.
