DATABASE Systems Analyst/Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management which includes developing project schedules and staffing plans.
• Development of detail software requirements and specifications.
• Provide hands-on analysis and programming suport in developing financial applications.
• Provide programming support in using ORACLE based development tools.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years working with end-users to define systems requirements for database applications.
• 2 or more years hands-on experience working with SQL*Forms, SQL*Menu, SQL*Net and SQR.
• Applications development experience using tools such as PowerBuilder, Gupta Windows, etc.
• Some exposure to DoD financial management systems would be a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of relational database design and structured programming techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ORACLE and ORACLE development tools.

Education:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
