I think we should all note that Oracle has the following manuals available:
Oracle Application User Interface Standards Release 10GH Part # A31209-3
Oracle Applications Coding Standards
Part # C10070
These form the core of their standards for developing their Oracle Applcations (eg. Financials) in Forms V4.5. I've only had a quick look, but they appear adequate - could save a newly starting project months of work in defining standards. If you really wanted to go over the top (and had a good CSM) you could try to get a copy of the template they used to develop these same applications.
I've had indications from here that they are willing to give it away - if a market developeed they would start selling it!! Don't know if there would be any support, but who needs it for a template!?!
