Oracle Magazine, July/August 1995 mentioned a www site,
http://www.env.gov.bc.ca/~cap/cap_home,
which has some standards implemented by two (at least) companies,
The Hartford Insurance Group and Burlington Coat Factory.
You might wish to take a look at them.
