I'm trying to convert microsoft access 2.0 tables into oracle personal7 (the 90 day free trial version that I downloaded from the WWW) and am not sure how to go about it. I've set up the ODBC drivers and have exporeted tables from MS Access to PO7. I am logged into oracle as a new user that I have created. The tables seem to export ok with the data, because i can connect via attachment inside of access and view them. But in oracle, I can see them when logged in as the new user in object manager, but I can't create a view. Also, in SQL Plus, when I try to do a select statement against these tables, it tells me the table doesn't exist. Is there more setup I have to do, such as. use ERwin for setup? Thanks...
