If you like a simple Tool that runs on Windows try:
ERWin(Entity Relationship Diagrammer for Windows) by Logic Works.
This is a quite simple Tool, that enables you to generate Create Statements
for Tables,Indices
Foreign Keys and Triggers for Sybase, Oracle, DB2, Informix etc.
It is cheap, easy to use and of course also has some limitations ( physical parameters like Tablespace Sizes and so on cant be generated).
I dont know a distributor but I think they are going to work closely with GUPTA Company in the future.
