Jim,

I hope you realize you are about to deluged with information from every consulting company in the world (and quite probably, a few that were created in response to your e-mail<g>).

If you are looking for a good place to start, the IOUW proceedings will give you a list of many of the best Oracle technicians available. You will also have a sample of their writing skills, their Oracle-related skills, etc.

It never hurts to look in the trade magazines to see who gets published alot in the subject areas in which you have an interest.

The IOUG-A in Chicago can probably give you the contacts at various regional/vertical market/hardware platform user groups around the world. Their number escapes me, but you can probably get to them via their home page (www.ioug.org I believe).
