SQL*DBA does go away with Oracle7.3. However, it's replacement Server Manager still has line mode capabilities (at least on Unix). No mention of SQL*Plus or SQL*Loader obsolescense has ever been made. I doubt that either will be going away soon. They're already gearing up SQL*Plus to support the object extensions introduced in Oracle8.
