Check in your sqlnet.ora and listener.ora files on the server and make sure that you don't have high trace level settings. They can kill performance.
If that's OK, then try setting the trace levels to "admin" and inspect the resulting file so you can see what's going on. Received on Sat Sep 23 1995 - 00:00:00 CEST
