I think you're looking for some online de-fragmentation methods for tablespaces, right ?

It isn't easy, be frank! But one way you can try is to create a really "big" table using the remaining space available in the tablespace, then drop it. Bad news is you won't gain very much if the tablespace is too fragmented or disallow you from creating a real big table.

Best way to defragment a tablespace is to recreate it, for sure!
