Not sure what you are asking, but check out the following:

   SET_WINDOW_PROPERTY('Windowname',WINDOW_STATE,MAXIMIZE);

  On the form properties sheet, the "Coordinate Information"    (then click "more")

  Set the Width and Height properties on both the canvas and   window property sheets
