We had a lot of problems with SQL*Net under Win95. Win95 kept blowing-up with a GP Fault when the NW Client attempted to log-on to the database. It turned-out to be because we were missing a NetWare DLL (I think it was NWCALLS.DLL or something similar). I this sounds like the problem, it might be worth checking the DLLs you have installed.
