Your Digital contact says no. Oracle is currently evaluating 64-bit technology for OpenVMS Alpha. OpenVMS Alpha itself isn't 64-bit yet.
Oracle on Digital UNIX 7.2.2.3 is 64-bit with up to 32K block size and over 2GB SGA. This is the first production release of the 64-bit option, though these features have been available since 7.1.4 with patches.
