   Go to http://www.oracle.com. You'll know everything you want,    see source codes (examples), download applications and even    the entire kit (Web kit for Oracle). It's cool. You can create    Client/Server applications using a WWW-Browser for Client and    a WWW+Oracle as a server. It's good to allow end users to access    a central computer without distributing the application - he'll    use a standard WWW-Browser. And, remember - it's not necessary    to connect a server to Internet to access it from a WWW-Browser -    use can use standard swithed lines for a private access.
