Forms 4.5 Questions

Greetings All!

I am using Forms 4.5, part of the CDE2 Tools to develop some forms. I have defined  a terminal resource file, fmrtwc.res, using Ora*Terminal 2.x. When I start the F45RUN.EXE, I am asked for, among other things, a resource_file:device. I supply both of these (which happens to be fmrtwc:windows) and start the form. The problem is it keeps reading the resource file that was included by Oracle instead of the one I defined. I have looked through the Forms 4.5 and Ora*Terminal manuals, but have found little reference to using a different resource file at form startup. The only references I can find discuss doing this on the command line. Additionally, there is no discussion as to where to put the resource files, how you refer to them, etc. I can modify the default resource file, but I REALLY would rather not do this.

My questions, then, are the following:

0. How do I need to specify a Ora*Terminal resource file I have defined in

   the start window of Forms 4.5 (where it asks for the form to run,    username, password, et. al.), and

1. What modifications do I need to make (such as setting environment variables) to use my own resource file by default (other than modifying the default resource file)?
