Platinum Tech, in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, makes a very nice utility called TSReorg. Specialiazed for doing defrag on Oracle databases, and I think it can also go against Informix and Ingres, with the proper options, etc. Anyway, give them a call. They have an evaluation program.
