Getting data from stored proc using VB

Subject: Getting data from stored proc using VB Organization: Capital Area Internet Service (CAIS)

I mastered using stored procedures to update, delete, and insert data and calling them from Visual Basic but I can't figure out how to return records from a select procedure.

Can someone get me started or point me to some documentation?
