Q: looking for opinions on DBA Tools (Patrol, Eco, etc.)

I'm looking for users with experiences with tools like EcoTools, Patrol, DBGeneral and others. Many customers are asking me about points to evaluate on this products.

Who here are using some product like that? Who is happy? Unhappy?
