HELP! SQL*Plus hangs over SQL*Net V2

I saw a posting about SQL*Plus hanging over SQL*Net V2 a while ago and I have
similar problem with server V7.0.16 and SQL*Net V2.0 under DEC OSF/1(UNIX)
now.



SQL*Plus works fine either without going through SQL*Net or going through
SQL*Net V1. While going through SQL*Net V2, sometimes SQL*Plus prompt is not
returned until another SQL*Plus over SQL*Net V2 is launched.



Can someone repost the discussion or give some clues.
