I posted the same problem a couple of days ago. I contacted oracle and received an email message from Oracle 'support' saying they had been able to download it using Netscape (which what I indicated I had been attempting to use).

I've had a couple of other friends try to download the particular file I was having a problem with (Po7win9.exe). They agreed, 'there must be a GREMLIN in that file! Which is what I initially suggested to Oracle. We also tried downloading this file with FTP, and got the same hang up.

I will continue to follow up on this, so hang in. I'll be very surprised it's something 'other' than a corrupted file.
