you need to load SQLSPX by using a WINSTART.BAT file.

to create the file choose START/RUN/COMMAND in your \windows directory create a file called WINSTART.BAT

in the WINSTART.BAT place the fully qualified path and filename to SQLSPX

do a search on your Oracleware CD to find the SQLSPX.EXE file
