You could use ORACLE's Transparent Gateway product to do this. However, I wouldn't recommend it for large amounts of data. The data transfer rate that we see with the product doesn't compare to the manual process.

Depending on how often you plan to do it, and how standardized the process is, it would probably be cheaper just to spool the data out. It is easier to use the transparent gateway, because you use db links and the sqlplus COPY command. I don't think that a single user could justify the expense, though.
