Hourglass in forms 4.0

Hi,

We have build a large application in oracle FORMS 4.0 In the beginning we have to do quit a lot of initialisation. So the 30 seconds the form seems to be hanging because of the initialisation.

How do I have to put the hourglass on?

I suppose I have to Add some stuff to the windemo.dll . Is there anyone who can give me some help or advice.
