Display Items clear in enter query mode just like any other items do, so all you need to do is:

   (1) Put the display items in a different block, or    (2) Populate the display items using the "Copy From" property

       to copy their values from another (control-block) item. This
       will fill in their copied-from values in enter-query mode, too.
