General responsibilities:
Completes customer-related projects on time and within budget. Responsible for coding and testing of highly complicated “C” programs on various operating systems. Provides technical guidance in development, modification and support of systems to staff members. Act as technical liaison,helping to solidify customer’s requirements.  Work with internal or external customers to develop the system required. Participation in all phases of system development, modification, and support of business systems in compliance with IS standards

The ideal candidates will have 6+ years in Systems development, 3+ years of C/C++ in Borland, 2 years in Windows development, exposure to LS2 and COBOL. Several years of relational databases and 5+ years of PC, LAN and communications experience with significant exposure to formulating and implementing recommendations for strategic direction of microcomputers, multi-users and LANs within the company.
